Our experience with Kitchens & Baths Unlimited was fantastic to say the least. Kelly, our designer, was excellent at making suggestions, designing, and creating such a tremendous experience for us. From step A to step Z, Kelly guided us (actually held our hands) through all our decisions regarding the process. From choosing our cabinets to our granite, she was incredibly helpful. Once the work began the operation never stopped . The workers, led by Victor, who is the greatest carpenter ever, were outstanding. Victor didn't even mind us looking over his shoulder. The work took about six weeks and when something was promised it was done. Kelly is the most organized designer we have ever met. Using Kitchens & Baths will give you peace of mind as well as the most beautiful kitchen you can imagine. You must go there if you are planning a new kitchen. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This was a very large job that took almost 10 weeks to complete. Ron was great, completely responsive to every question, always with a “can do” attitude that was very much appreciated. He made us feel like we were the most important job. Equally important was that all the service providers that came in (electrician, plumber, painter, tile, etc) were professional, respectful, and excellent at their craft. The project came in on budget and on time, which is unusual for a project of this size. Any surprises that arose during the process were handled very quickly and again positively. Even now, after completion (and final payment), I have had a couple of questions/needs and Ron has had someone at my house the same or next day to check it out.
